HQS Systems
Warehouse management · Any equipment · Any ERP

The brain of your warehouse. What physically moves the goods — an AGV forklift, a vertical lift, a shuttle tote — is a detail.

HQS WMS decides what goes where and when. It counts in the deliveries still on the road, the space you have left, and what production will reach for next — then hands the job to your people or to your machines. And it works with the ERP you already have.

What changes

Four things you stop worrying about

Not a feature list — the questions a warehouse manager answers every single day, and stops having to guess at.

Will it even fit?

You know how much room is left and whether tomorrow's delivery will fit — before the truck is at the gate, not after it is parked and waiting.

Production never waits

Materials sit where they can be reached fast. Nobody digs through the warehouse looking for the one thing the line needs right now.

Fewer empty runs

Goods are put down where the next job will need them, so the same work takes fewer kilometres — whether a person or a machine drives it.

One honest stock figure

What the system shows is what stands on the floor. No parallel spreadsheets, no recounting before every stocktake.

See it working

HQS WMS at Unipaco

A packaging plant, where the goods are paper reels — heavy, awkward and expensive to handle twice. The system runs the warehouse and the autonomous forklifts do the driving.

The core

Running the warehouse is the job

Everything else — the automation, the forecasting — sits on top of this. Reels, pallets or containers: the system treats each as goods with a place, a history and a destination.

Goods in, goods placed

Receiving confirms what actually arrived, and the system says where to put it — rather than leaving it to whoever happens to be on shift.

Picking and dispatch

Orders become a planned route through the warehouse. The operator is led to the right place and confirms by scanning, not by typing.

Full history of every unit

Each reel, batch and pallet keeps its own record — where it came from, what was made of it, where it went. Answering a complaint takes minutes.

Labels and paperwork

Labels, delivery notes and transport documents come out of the system where the work happens — in the format your customers and carriers expect.

Stocktaking without the shutdown

Because every location is known and confirmed as work goes on, counting stops being a weekend event with the warehouse closed.

Space you can see

Occupancy is visible by zone and by aisle, so you can tell a full warehouse from a badly arranged one — and act before it becomes a problem.

Every reel carries its own identity. Grammage, width, diameter, length and weight travel with it from the mill all the way to the machine.

Planning ahead

A warehouse that thinks a week ahead

Most systems record what already happened. This one looks at what is coming — the deliveries, the orders, the space — and arranges the warehouse for it in advance.

Deliveries still on the road

Goods that have not arrived yet are already part of the plan. Room is reserved before the truck appears, so nothing is unloaded into an aisle.

How full you really are

Free space is tracked continuously — not as one number for the whole building, but where it actually matters, zone by zone.

Materials within reach

What gets used often is placed where it is quick to get to. What sits for months goes deeper, instead of blocking the best locations.

It learns from your history

Past orders and movements tell the system what is about to be needed — so the arrangement keeps adapting to how your warehouse really works.

The real warehouse, zone by zone. Every square is one location — you can see a full aisle before anyone walks over to it.
Automation on your terms

The system gives the orders. The machines carry them out.

Autonomous forklifts, vertical lift racks, shuttle totes, conveyors — from the warehouse's point of view these are all just ways of getting goods from one place to another.

The equipment is interchangeable

The system decides what has to move and where to. Which device does it, and who made that device, is a decision you can take separately — and change later.

Automate in steps, not in one leap

Start with people and handheld terminals, add machines where the volume justifies it. The warehouse logic does not have to be rebuilt each time.

People and machines, one queue

Operators and automation take work from the same list of tasks, so you can shift jobs between them as volume rises and falls across the year.

If a device can accept a task and report back when it is done, the warehouse can put it to work.

Independent product

Keep the ERP you already run

HQS WMS is not an extension of one vendor's system. It runs the warehouse on its own and exchanges what matters with whatever you use in the office.

Nothing to replace

Accounting and sales carry on in the system they know. The warehouse gets a tool built for the warehouse, and your ERP keeps receiving the documents and stock levels it expects.

We adapt to you

Items, stock, orders and documents pass both ways. We fit the exchange to how your system works — you do not reshape your business around ours.

No dead end later

If you change or upgrade the ERP in a few years, the warehouse keeps running. Replacing the office system stops meaning rebuilding the warehouse with it.

Why HQS Systems

The people who built it are the people who answer the phone

It is our own product

We wrote it and we own the code. When the warehouse needs something changed, we change it — you are not waiting in line behind a foreign vendor's roadmap.

Proven on hard goods

Paper reels in a packaging plant are among the least forgiving things a warehouse can handle. The system earned its features there, not in a demo.

Connecting systems is our day job

We come from ERP and IT projects, so joining the warehouse to the rest of your systems is routine work for us rather than an experiment.

Let's talk about your warehouse

Tell us what you store, how much of it moves and where it gets stuck today. We will tell you honestly what the system would change — and what it would not.
